Welcome to Conveyance App (“the App”), a powerful SaaS-based software developed by Monico Technologies Limited, hereinafter referred to as “the App Provider” or “we.” The Conveyance App is designed to streamline and enhance distribution and field-level data collection processes.
B. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using the Conveyance App, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.
C. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Conveyance App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
II. User Accounts

To access the App’s features, you must create a user account and should be given organization access by your admin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree not to share them with anyone else. You also agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

The App Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion, especially in cases of violations of these Terms and Conditions or any unlawful activities.

The App Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Conveyance App for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of the App.
C. User Obligations
You agree to:

– Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
– Not engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities while using the App.
D. Prohibited Activities
You are expressly prohibited from:
– Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.

– Using the App for any unlawful purposes.

We accept payments via Mobile Banking, Cash and Bank Transfer. You must provide accurate billing information, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
C. Billing and Renewal
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will be renewed after the payment unless canceled by you. We will notify you of upcoming renewals.
VI. Intellectual Property
A. Ownership of App
The Conveyance App, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the App Provider and protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
B. User Content
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload or transmit through the App. By using the App, you grant the App Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the App’s services.
C. Trademarks and Copyrights
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in connection with the Conveyance App are the property of the App Provider or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
VII. Termination and Suspension
A. Termination by User/Organization
You may terminate your account by informing the App provider with two months prior notice. Termination will result in handing over the data to the user/organization and deletion from App providers end.
B. Termination by the App Provider
The App Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
C. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you will lose access to the App and any data associated with your account. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will continue to apply even after termination.
VIII. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
A. App Warranties
The Conveyance App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The App Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App’s services.
B. Limitations of Liability
The App Provider and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Conveyance App.
IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
A. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh without regard to its conflict of law principles.
B. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration. Both parties agree to abide by the arbitrator’s decision, which shall be binding and final.
X. Changes to Terms and Conditions
A. Modification of Terms
The App Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the App. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
B. Notification to Users
We may notify you of important changes via email or within the App. Your continued use of the Conveyance App after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
XI. Miscellaneous
A. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the App Provider and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
B. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
